These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by R&R HVACR  and the use of our website, services, and communications. By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

R&R HVACR provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and customer approval.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are based on visual inspection and information available at the time of service.

  • Pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

  • Estimates are not guarantees and final charges may vary.

  • Written approval may be required before proceeding with repairs or installations.

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: [cash, credit/debit cards, checks, online payments].

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension, additional fees, or collection efforts.

Service Calls & Diagnostics

  • Diagnostic and service call fees apply and are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched or services performed.

  • Payment is required regardless of whether repairs are authorized.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least [24–48 hours] notice.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.

Parts, Equipment & Warranties

  • Parts and equipment may be covered by manufacturer warranties only.

  • Labor warranties, if offered, are limited and specified in writing.

  • R&R HVACR is not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond facilitating warranty claims.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe, clear access to equipment and work areas

  • Disclose known issues, prior repairs, or system modifications

  • Ensure utilities (power, gas, water) are available for service

R&R HVACR may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • R&R HVACR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, system age-related failures, or hidden defects.

Property Damage

While reasonable care is taken, R&R HVACR is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing structural, electrical, or mechanical issues

  • Aged or deteriorated equipment

  • Conditions outside our control
