Refund Policy –

R&R HVACR

Effective Date: October 2025
Last Updated: January 2026

R&R HVACR is a service-based heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration company. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for services, labor, parts, and related charges.

Service Fees & Labor Charges

  • Diagnostic fees, service call fees, and labor charges are non-refundable once the technician has been dispatched or services have been performed.

  • Payment reflects the technician’s time, expertise, travel, and evaluation, regardless of whether repairs are approved or completed.

Completed Services

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully performed and completed.

  • This includes repairs, maintenance, installations, inspections, and emergency services.

Parts & Equipment

  • Parts installed or ordered specifically for a customer are non-refundable.

  • Special-order parts, electrical components, refrigerant, and custom materials cannot be returned once installed or ordered.

  • If a part is defective and covered under a manufacturer warranty, R&R HVACR will assist with warranty replacement per manufacturer terms.

Deposits & Prepayments

  • Deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable if:

    • Work has begun

    • Materials or parts have been ordered

    • The appointment is canceled with insufficient notice

  • Cancellation notice requirements: [e.g., 24–48 hours] prior to the scheduled appointment.

Service Satisfaction & Corrections

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe a service was not performed correctly:

  • Please notify R&R HVACR within [e.g., 7 days] of service completion.

  • We will review the concern and, if appropriate, provide a correction, re-service, or adjustment, rather than a refund.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of R&R HVACR.

Emergency & After-Hours Services

  • Emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday services are non-refundable once the technician is dispatched.

Payment Disputes

  • Any billing disputes must be reported within [e.g., 7 days] of the invoice date.

  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting R&R HVACR may result in service suspension and collection efforts.

Policy Changes

R&R HVACR reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future services.
